This privacy policy describes how Puzzle Academy (“the App”) handles information. You can play offline without creating an account. Optional cloud features use Google Firebase. On Android, free-play mode may show ads via Google AdMob.

Data retention and deletion

Local data stays on your device until you clear App storage or uninstall. Cloud data remains associated with your Firebase account while the account exists. To request deletion of cloud account data, follow the steps on our Delete account page (or email happy.games.inbox@outlook.com from a context that helps us identify your account, for example after signing in with Google).

Children

The App is a logic puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International processing

Firebase may process data on servers in different countries. By using cloud features, you understand that your synced data may be processed outside your home country, subject to applicable law and Google’s infrastructure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
