Delete your Puzzle Academy account
Puzzle Academy lets you play offline without signing in. If you linked a Google account for optional cloud sync, you can request deletion of that cloud account and related synced data.
How to request deletion
- Email happy.games.inbox@outlook.com with the subject line Delete Puzzle Academy account.
- Include the Google account email you used to sign in to Puzzle Academy (so we can find the right Firebase account).
- We will delete your Firebase Authentication account and associated Cloud Firestore data under your user id (for example academy progress, UI preferences, and played-puzzle history).
- We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verifiable request and will confirm by email when done.
What is not deleted automatically
- Data only on your device (local saves and settings) stays until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall Puzzle Academy.
- Your Google Account itself is not deleted — only Puzzle Academy’s Firebase-linked app account and synced game data.
Anonymous cloud sessions
If you never linked Google, the app may still use a temporary anonymous Firebase id for sync. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local state; for cloud cleanup without a Google email, describe your situation in the deletion request email and we will help where reasonably possible.
